About Daniel
I was lucky to have some very good teachers who helped me get to where I am today. Their support and high standards made a real difference in my life, and I’m genuinely grateful for that.
I’ve also had teachers who did the opposite. I know how easily a bad experience can damage a student’s confidence and make them doubt their ability. Sometimes it’s not the subject that’s the problem, it’s how it’s taught.
That’s a big reason why I teach. I want my students to feel challenged but supported. I believe you can push someone to improve without making them feel small in the process.
If I can help students build both skill and confidence, then I’m doing what my best teachers once did for me.

I learnt English from scratch and went on to become one of the top 50 English students in Hungary. I now work professionally as a writer in London.
