I have placed a heavy emphasis on students in understanding and the joy of learning. I plans lessons that focus on student-content interaction such that they can gain mastery over the subject/concept. Also, i'm a firm believer of linking content knowledge to real-life applications as English is a subject that is real, relevant and important. Each child is very unique and different on their own pace. Each child's improvement is based on their understanding level.
