Teaching Approach and Methodology
As a tutor, I focus on creating interactive and engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student. My approach combines hands-on learning with real-world applications, ensuring that students not only understand theoretical concepts but also know how to apply them practically. I use a mix of traditional teaching methods and modern techniques like project-based learning and flipped classrooms, where students first explore topics independently and then delve deeper into the material in our sessions together.
Typical Lesson Duration
Each lesson typically lasts for one hour. This duration allows us to cover the material thoroughly without overwhelming the student, providing a balanced pace that facilitates learning and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
Master of Information and Technology from the University of New South Wales, with a strong focus on Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies.
