About Pietro
I am a medicine student based in Italy, I had been practicing cycling at a high level for 5 years and than abandoned to continue my studies. I keep on training and working out and I follow a healthy lifestyle to always go over my limits.

I base my classes on full body workouts, without any equipment . They are perfect for everyone, also for beginners who just want to lose some weight. Exercises will be mainly high intensity workouts, to burn calories and fat and depending on the level to build muscle.
I recommend a minimum of 1 month classes not less than 2 times a week.
