About Sofia
Hi! I’m Sofia, originally from Colombia and passionate about fitness, dance, and helping people feel strong and confident. I’m a certified fitness and dance instructor with experience teaching full-body workouts that combine strength training, bodyweight exercises, cardio, and stretching — all set to motivating music. I teach in English or Spanish, in person or virtually, and I love creating sessions that are fun, challenging, and tailored to your goals. I recommend 2–3 classes per week for the best results. Let’s move, tone, and feel amazing together!

About the lesson

Each session starts with a warm-up, followed by strength training using weights and bodyweight, plus cardio to boost endurance. We’ll train the whole body to build strength and tone, always with motivating music. Every class finishes with stretching to improve flexibility and recovery. For best results, I recommend 2–3 sessions per week
