About Danah
I am an undergraduate student from Cardiff University who is studying Biomedical Sciences. Although it is odd for me to take on an English teaching role whilst learning about the sciences, I have always had an interest and passion towards literature. Having achieved A’s in both GCSE English Literature and GCSE English Language, and an A in A-Level English literature - I am more than confident in my skills to teach the youth.
However, I do believe that age is not a limitation to learning.
I also have experience dealing with children as I have taken on multiple babysitting jobs as well as being a reading buddy for primary students when I was in Secondary School and Sixth Form.
I am a hardworking, optimistic and outgoing individual who strives to see the best in people’s abilities.

With a confident and excited approach to teaching, students will be able to learn many English related subjects - whether it be learning the language itself or even comparing literature. I will create an environment where they will feel a willingness to learn.
Having experienced the new education specifications of English and English Literature, I will be able to pinpoint what is needed for a child to develop their knowledge and understanding of the subject.
