About Mariac
For over a decade, I have honed my skills in teaching both English and Spanish to diverse student populations, ranging from corporate professionals to university students and young learners. My experience at institutions like Iberoamericana University and IECA in Mexico has given me a deep understanding of how to tailor lessons to meet specific learning objectives, whether it's business conversation, exam preparation (TOEFL), or foundational language skills. My resume highlights my ability to create dynamic curricula, such as the business-focused final projects for my students, which ensured they were prepared for real-world scenarios. In addition to my teaching experience, my background as a professional interpreter and translator has provided me with a nuanced understanding of linguistic and cultural differences.
