With 27 years of experience, I offer personalized English and Spanish lessons tailored to your individual needs—whether you're aiming to improve grammar, speaking skills, or writing. I also specialize in test preparation for ACT, TOEFL, and IELTS, as well as providing homework assistance, job interview coaching, and driving test preparation. Whether you need help with academic writing, essays, or everyday conversation, I’m here to guide you.
In my language instruction, I employ the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, emphasizing interaction and real-life communication to enhance fluency. A typical lesson begins with a warm-up discussion, followed by the introduction of new material through authentic texts or dialogues. We then engage in task-based activities, such as role-plays or problem-solving exercises, to practice the target language in meaningful contexts.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my adaptability and emotional intelligence; I tailor each session to the student's unique learning style and provide empathetic support to foster confidence.
