I believe every student learns differently, so I start each engagement by identifying a student's strengths, gaps, and preferred learning style before building a personalized study plan. My sessions blend clear explanations with active practice — I don't just tell students the answer, I walk them through the reasoning so they can solve similar problems independently. I use a mix of worked examples, guided practice, real-world applications, and regular low-stakes quizzes to reinforce retention and build confidence over time. I also track progress after every session and adjust the plan as needed, sharing updates with parents (for younger students) so everyone stays aligned on goals.
