About Tan
My name is Tandin, and I have spent the last 8 years deeply studying Buddhism and its deep philosophy within a traditional monastery environment. This immersive experience allowed me to learn these ancient teachings from their direct roots. My primary motivation is to share this peaceful wisdom with others to help them navigate modern life challenges.
