About Sofia
I’m Sofia Bennett, a patient and supportive Spanish tutor with over 1,200 hours of teaching experience across all ages. I studied Spanish Language and Education and completed specialized training in beginner instruction. I’ve helped students succeed in school, feel ready for trips abroad, and even reconnect with their heritage. My teaching style is all about keeping it simple, encouraging, and steady.

I teach Spanish in a way that’s calm, practical, and easy to follow. In your first lessons, we’ll focus on speaking simple, useful words and phrases—how to introduce yourself, describe things around you, and ask easy questions. I’ll guide your pronunciation, explain things clearly, and keep everything fun and encouraging so you can build confidence fast.
As you learn more, we’ll add reading, listening, and light writing practice using beginner-friendly activities. I work with kids, teens, and adults—always adjusting to your age, learning style, and reason for learning. Whether you're starting for school, travel, or just for fun, I’ll help you take small steps that lead to real, lasting progress.
