About Gabriel
Hi, I am Gabriel, an undergraduate Physics student from London. After creating educational music videos for the Royal Society of Chemistry, I decided to pursue a Physics Bachelor's Degree because I totally love the subject. I like the theoretical side because it is inspiring to think of just how much you can learn in your life, and I like the mathematical side (which my degree focuses heavily on) because it is nice to be able to solve problems after spending several hours on them. That satisfaction of completing a question which seemed impossible is what I want my students to feel. I feel that I am understanding and approachable. I used to struggle with Mathematics during the time of my GCSEs, so I know how to help students improve their grades at the last minute. I not only want to help students learn, but also enjoy the subject, so motivation is a key goal of mine. I have humanities A-Levels also, so I am happy to dedicate a few minutes from each session to tying Physics into Philosophy or broader cultural developments. I look forward to our first session!

- Lessons typically 1h or double session for 2h. Longer sessions possible with small extra hourly fee

- I can give revision tips, mark exam papers according to a mark scheme, teach all relevant concepts and provide an insight into what it is like to study Physics and Mathematics (my degree is largely maths-based) at University
- Happy to discuss with parents where the child is struggling and happy to give parents info/methods they can use to help their child
- Can give extra-curricular information on Mathematics and Physics to make the subject more interesting to the student (e.g. topics I have learnt at university like Quantum Mechanics and Special Relativity).
