About Lila
I am a musician born and raised in Plymouth. I started piano lessons myself aged seven. I now also play the saxophone and the clarinet across a variety of genres including classical, jazz, folk, and soul.
My favourite thing about teaching is making music as inclusive as possible. Music has huge benefits for aiding academic progress, as well as mental health and well-being. So, I think everyone should give learning an instrument a go.

I teach beginner and intermediate piano in fun and accessible 1-1 lessons. My teaching is grounded in classical technique to give you the foundations to thrive, however I also adapt lessons to students' individual interests and needs. I typically teach half-hour lessons, but this can be adapted to suit you!
