With 12+ years of experience as a personal trainer/coach. I specialise in a number of different training styles. Best known in the Chester and Cheshire area for bodyweight training (Calisthenics) I also offer transformation programmes, strength and endurance, cardio, wellbeing guidance and nutrition.
