About Cassandra
I’m an Excel tutor with more than 5 years of experience helping learners understand the structure and logic behind spreadsheets. I hold a BSc in Mathematics with Actuarial Science, which shaped my analytical thinking. This background allows me to teach Excel with a focus on clear problem solving. Excel is more than just a spreadsheet.
In my sessions, we explore formulas, functions, and organized data systems. Students learn tools such as PivotTables, conditional formatting, and lookup formulas. These tools help transform data into insights. Numbers become meaningful.
Many of my students come from fields like finance, analytics, and computer science. They want to build strong technical and analytical skills. Excel supports their academic and professional goals.
My goal is to simplify complex tasks and help students gain confidence with spreadsheets. Once the logic becomes clear, Excel becomes enjoyable. Let’s unlock the power of data together.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students develop confidence with Excel and data analysis. I believe spreadsheets are easier when learners understand how data is structured. My lessons include topics such as data interpretation, graphing methods, statistical summaries, and recognizing patterns in numbers. These skills are important for academic research.
Students work through structured spreadsheet exercises that build analytical thinking. We create charts, analyze datasets, and explore trends step by step. Learning becomes clear and organized. Data begins to make sense.
I work especially well with students who initially feel nervous about numbers or spreadsheets. My teaching style helps them build confidence gradually. Analytical learners are also challenged to explore deeper insights.
Together we develop strong habits for interpreting and presenting data clearly. Over time students learn to draw conclusions from datasets with confidence. Excel becomes a valuable research tool.
