About Sijia

Hey! I'm Sijia, from Kunming (the beautiful Spring City in China).
Mandarin is my native language with standard pronunciation. I’m also fluent in English and have won a national English competition, so I totally get the challenges of learning a new language—and how to make it easier for you!
I’m an outgoing person who loves postcards, movies, food, and traveling. Music is my biggest passion—I even play the guitar and sing sometimes! In our classes, we can chat about these fun topics to keep your learning relaxed and enjoyable.

Whether you're a total beginner or want to level up, I'll tailor our lessons to fit your needs. We can start with Pinyin and tones, and gradually build your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. I'll patiently correct your pronunciation and teach you practical daily expressions and Chinese culture, so you can speak naturally and confidently.
My teaching style is all about interaction. Language isn't just about memorizing grammar; it's about building confidence through real conversations. So don't be shy—speak up, and let's learn together!
