About Anum
Hello, my name is Anum, and I am a caring, patient and enthusiastic tutor based in Kent. I am currently completing a BA (Hons) in International Business and already hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. I also have a Train the Trainer certification and more than eight years of professional experience in communication, administration, training and supporting people from different backgrounds.
I currently work as an Exam Invigilator in a secondary school, where I help create a calm, safe and reassuring environment for students. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient and support young people with confidence and understanding.
I would like to teach primary-school children because I enjoy helping young learners develop their knowledge, curiosity and self-confidence. I can provide support in English, Science, History, Geography and Social Studies. I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my explanations and activities to suit each student’s ability, interests and learning pace.
My lessons are friendly, encouraging and engaging. I aim to create a comfortable environment where children feel confident asking questions, learning from mistakes and celebrating their progress. My goal is not only to improve their subject knowledge but also to help them become motivated and independent learners.

My approach to private tutoring is friendly, patient and tailored to each child’s individual learning needs. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit their ability, confidence and interests.
I aim to make subjects such as English, Science, History, Geography and Social Studies clear, enjoyable and engaging. I use simple explanations, practical examples, questions, activities and regular encouragement to help children understand difficult topics and feel more confident in their learning.
I also focus on building strong study habits, curiosity and independent thinking. My goal is not only to help students improve their schoolwork, but also to create a positive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and progressing at their own pace.
