About Phoebe
I'm a friendly and dedicated tutor with over 5 years of experience supporting students of different ages, abilities, and learning needs. I hold a full enhanced DBS check. One of the most rewarding parts of tutoring is seeing students grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve goals they didn't think were possible. I love being able to make a positive difference in each student's learning journey.
I have recently completed a degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of how people learn and develop. I'm also currently undertaking a teaching qualification, alongside further professional training, to continue building my knowledge and provide the best possible support for my students. I have also studied a Biology degree and have experience tutoring in sciences.
I'm passionate about creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their skills, and reaching their full potential. Whether a student needs help building confidence, preparing for exams, or simply wants extra support, I'm committed to supporting making steady, lasting progress.

With 5 years of tutoring experience, I offer one-to-one support from Primary to GCSE level, helping students build confidence, fill gaps in their learning, prepare for exams and achieve their individual goals. I have experience supporting learners with a variety of SEN needs, as well as children and young people who have been out of school or faced barriers to learning.
Each lesson is tailored to the individual’s needs, helping to build positive relationships and create a supportive environment where students thrive. This enables students to develop confidence, skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
