About Najma
I’m a caring, patient, and friendly person who genuinely enjoys being around children and helping them learn. I believe that teaching is not just about explaining lessons, but also about understanding a child, encouraging them, and helping them believe in themselves.
I want to share my knowledge because I find it really rewarding when a child finally understands something they were struggling with. I enjoy explaining things in simple ways and seeing students become more confident as they learn.
For me, teaching is an opportunity to make a small but positive difference in a child’s learning journey.

My teaching method is simple, patient and student-friendly. I believe every child learns differently, so I try to understand each student’s strengths, difficulties and learning style before deciding how to teach them.
I like to create a comfortable environment where children can ask questions freely without feeling nervous or pressured. I explain concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand way, using examples and activities whenever possible.
I also believe that learning should be enjoyable, not stressful. Along with helping students with their lessons and homework, I focus on building their confidence and making sure they truly understand what they are learning.
