About Reny
I am a friendly and dedicated tutor with a professional background in administration, virtual assistance, client communication, digital marketing, and information technology studies. Through my work experience, I have developed strong English communication, organization, research, and problem-solving skills that I bring into every lesson.
My teaching experience has mainly been informal, helping others understand lessons, ideas, and difficult concepts in a clearer and more manageable way. I enjoy breaking complex topics into simple explanations and adapting the way I teach depending on how each student learns best.
My professional experience has also taught me the importance of patience, clear communication, preparation, and attention to detail. I bring these same qualities into tutoring by creating structured but comfortable lessons where students can learn at their own pace without feeling pressured.
I have a particular interest in English Literature, Reading, Literacy, Classics, and World Literature. I enjoy helping students go beyond simply understanding what a text says and develop stronger skills in literary analysis, interpretation, critical thinking, and expressing their own ideas.

My lessons are structured, comfortable, and personalized to each student’s individual learning pace. I believe students understand literature best when they are given enough time to explore ideas, ask questions, and connect what they read to deeper themes and real-world perspectives.
My teaching method focuses strongly on literary analysis, critical thinking, reading comprehension, and clear interpretation. Instead of simply memorizing information, students will learn how to understand characters, themes, symbolism, context, writing techniques, and the deeper meaning behind literary works.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing the student’s current understanding and identifying areas that need improvement. We then explore the lesson step by step through guided reading, discussion, examples, analysis, and practical exercises. I adjust the difficulty and pacing depending on how quickly the student learns, so lessons remain challenging without becoming overwhelming.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my flexible and student-centered approach. I aim to create a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas, making mistakes, and asking questions. Every lesson can be adapted to the student’s strengths, weaknesses, interests, and learning curve, with the goal of making difficult literary concepts easier to understand while still developing deeper critical thinking skills.
