About Alyssa
I have had a passion for language learning since high school and continued to develop my French skills at university both in Australia and France. I believe that language learning is incredibly important as it allows you to learn and understand different people and cultures, as well as travel more confidently and keep your brain healthy.
As someone who has recently graduated from high school, I know first hand that there isn't enough emphasis placed on languages, and teachers don't have enough time to give students the necessary skills and information during class.I started tutoring to make sure that students who wanted to learn French had at least an extra hour in their week with a trained French speaker who can take the time to consolidate topics and expand their knowledge one-on-one.
