About Elizabeth
Industrial designer with a passion for the French language. I have been studying/practicing it for almost 20 years through formal lessons, speaking with francophone friends, living with French host families, and studying in Paris. I had tutored a university student who resulted in scoring higher than usual on her exams. I tutor beginner to advanced level, and students from high school age to adults.
For English-speakers, French seems to be one of the trickier Latin-based languages, and I would like to help students overcome the challenges. Learning a new language can be challenging, but patience and effort from both of us will make it easier. I hope you'll enjoy learning the French language as much as I have!

Learning a language can be fun and easy, the most important thing to have is the desire! Proficiency of a language only improves through constant practice. Textbook exercises are helpful, but there is more value in using the language in realistic dialogue and situations; therefore, exercises will include both types of exercises.
-Practiced and used the French language for 19+ years
-Lesson sections are separated into various categories (i.e. family, school, work)
-Lessons include vocabulary; grammar and structure
-Depending on your personal goals, exercises may include listening, writing, reading, and speaking
