At school my classes are based on the vocabulary and grammar in the GCSE specification. I strongly believe in a personalised approach to learning and the starting point for any course would be a detailed analysis of level and need (academic/business/travel/leisure/...).
In my online classes learners are expected to actively participate through audio and the chat function. Lessons usually begin with a presentation and then learners are expected to put the language into practise through listening, reading, speaking and writing tasks. Conversation classes involve only speaking and listening activities but written materials are provided for reference.
I set personalised tasks to be done independently via duolingo, quizlet and other websites. I highly recommend that you complete these between sessions to get the most out of your course of study.
I aim to make lessons relevant to learners and, once I get to know about your interests and passions, I will deliver lessons which are relevant to learners on a more personal level
