About Florence
Originaire de France, je suis en Nouvelle-Zélande depuis environ 18 ans. J’adore lire et marcher le long de la rivière à Hamilton. Je vivais à la campagne où j’élevais des animaux et fabriquais des produits agricoles.
Pour moi, l’éducation et l’apprentissage sont les piliers de notre société. Je suis bien sûr passionnée par les langues.
Originally from France, I have been in New Zealand for about 18 years. I love to read and walk along the river in Hamilton. I used to live in the country where I used to raise animals and make farm products. For me, education and learning are the cornerstones of our society. I am of course passionate about languages.

J’enseigne le Français comme langue étrangère depuis 20 ans. J’ai été formée en Angleterre, mais j’enseigne maintenant en Nouvelle-Zélande. J’ai enseigné principalement à des adolescents de 13 à 18 ans, mais j’ai également enseigné aux adultes par le biais de l’Alliance Française. Dans ma classe, tout le monde se sent valorisé puisque je peux offrir des activités stimulantes mais réalisables. Étant donné que je suis Microsoft Innovative Educator et un eFellow de Core Education, je sais comment utiliser efficacement les technologies numériques pour soutenir l’apprentissage de tous mes élèves.
I have been teaching French as a foreign language for 20 years. I was trained in England, but I teach now in New Zealand.
I have taught mainly 13 year to 18-year-old teenagers, but I have also taught adults through the Alliance Française. In my classroom, everybody feels valued since I can offer challenging yet achievable activities.
Since I am a Microsoft Innovative Educator and a Core Education eFellow, I know how to use digital technologies effectively to support all my students’ learning.
