With more than twenty years’ experience as a Foreign Language Teacher, my job has afforded me a well-rounded skill set including improving test scores and exam results and cultivating positive relationships with my students. My name is Sylvie and I am French. In my teaching career, I have taught French and Spanish to students of all ages. I have taught a wide range of pupils from those who have a good grasp of the language to those who have never studied it before. I have worked as a teacher of French and Spanish in State and Independent schools, in Primary schools and in Adult Education. I like using effective teaching techniques in order to maximise each student's potential, focusing on planning activities and using a variety of teaching materials in order to bring the language alive and enjoyable for students.

Perfect! Sylvie was my French tutor for over 3 years. She was instrumental in helping me pass my DELF B1 exam. Sylvie is a tutor who is prepared to go the extra mile to help her students achieve their goals.
