About Tirza
My fascination with French began during high school, when I first encountered the beauty of its poetry and music. Over the past seven years, I’ve transformed that passion into a meaningful teaching career, helping learners from various backgrounds discover their own connection to the French language. Teaching has allowed me to share not just grammar and vocabulary, but a cultural lens through which to view the world. I teach with warmth, patience, and adaptability. My lessons combine technical skill-building with creative application — encouraging students to think, feel, and express themselves naturally. I believe progress comes through understanding, encouragement, and consistent practice, so I make sure each class offers a balance of structure and spontaneity. Outside teaching, I continue exploring French cinema, literature, and travel, which I often integrate into lessons to make them authentic. Teaching French has taught me that language learning is not just an academic skill — it’s an art form that opens minds and connects people across borders.

French is more than a language — it’s a culture of expression, art, and precision. My lessons are designed to bring that spirit alive in every class. I focus on communication and comprehension through natural immersion, helping students experience the language as it’s truly spoken. Lessons are dynamic, structured, and tailored to personal goals, making learning both challenging and enjoyable.
Beginners start with pronunciation, simple grammar, and vocabulary through songs, dialogues, and interactive exercises. Intermediate students expand listening and speaking through themed discussions and reading short texts. Advanced learners explore literature, complex structures, and cultural topics to refine fluency and style. I also guide learners through DELF and DALF exam preparation when needed.
