About Arden
My fascination with French began through interest in global culture, communication, and literature during my academic journey. This passion encouraged me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Francophone Language Education, where I explored language learning methods and cultural studies deeply. During the past 4 years, I have guided students from different educational backgrounds while helping them improve fluency and confidence through supportive language instruction.
I believe language education should feel engaging, practical, and enjoyable for every learner regardless of previous experience. My teaching style focuses on conversation practice, pronunciation guidance, and relatable examples that help students understand French naturally without depending entirely on memorization. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and participate actively because confidence develops through communication and supportive interaction during lessons.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring French cinema, reading Francophone literature, and learning about traditions across French-speaking cultures. Staying creatively connected to the language helps me bring fresh discussions and cultural insight into lessons regularly. Teaching French is deeply rewarding because I enjoy helping students become more confident communicators and cultural learners over time. My goal is always to support learners in building fluency while developing appreciation for language, culture, and meaningful expression.

My French lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally through practical exercises, structured grammar learning, and interactive speaking practice. Students are encouraged to speak regularly because active participation helps develop confidence and fluency naturally over time. Lessons are personalized according to each learner’s level and communication goals. Beginners focus on greetings, pronunciation, and basic conversations, while advanced learners work on fluent speaking, listening precision, writing improvement, and expressive communication. I include reading exercises, storytelling activities, guided discussions, and pronunciation drills regularly because interactive learning strengthens understanding and memory retention effectively. Students receive constructive support that helps them improve comfortably without feeling overwhelmed.
I aim to create a calm atmosphere where students feel confident practicing French without fear of mistakes or embarrassment. Many learners initially feel nervous while speaking, so I focus on building fluency gradually through patience and positive encouragement. Over time, students improve communication skills, pronunciation, and listening ability naturally. French becomes much more rewarding when learners realize they can communicate clearly and connect with the language in meaningful and practical ways.
