About Sandra
My name is Sandra, im turning 24 in November. I moved to Halifax last summer but I am originally from Montreal. French is my first language, I speak pretty well English now and I am now working on my Spanish. I usually work in restaurants and bars but I am taking a break from it because the late schedule was becoming too much for me. I play violon on the side and am a book lover.

I would like to introduce, conversations with me, exercise books, and movie in French.
What really work for me when learned English was listening to my favorite ( French ) movies, but in English. Since I already knew the stories of the movie a lot, It really help to associate the words to what was happening.
The other things that was very beneficial was simply talking with my partner for hours in English and asking everytime the meaning of a word that I didn't know.
