About Daphne

My interest in French language began during my academic studies when I started learning about international languages and cultures. I became fascinated by the sound of French and the rich traditions of French-speaking communities. This curiosity inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in French Language Studies.

For the past 6 years, I have helped students learn French for different goals. Some learners want to travel or explore culture, while others study French for academic purposes. My teaching style focuses on clear explanations and encouraging students to practice speaking regularly.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French articles, listening to French music, and learning about French culture. These activities help me stay connected to the language and bring authentic examples into my lessons. Teaching French allows me to share my interest in languages while helping students build confidence in communication.

About the lesson

My French lessons focus on helping students communicate comfortably in everyday situations. Beginners start by learning the sounds of the language and practicing correct pronunciation of common words. I introduce simple vocabulary and useful phrases that students can use during basic conversations. Activities such as greetings, introductions, and describing daily routines help learners begin speaking French naturally.

As students develop stronger skills, lessons include reading short texts, practicing conversations, and writing simple sentences. Grammar topics such as verb conjugation, gender agreement, and sentence structure are explained using clear and practical examples. Students practice forming their own sentences and expressing ideas in French. These activities help learners expand vocabulary and improve their understanding of the language.

Language learning requires patience and consistent practice. I encourage students to speak during lessons and try new expressions even when they are unsure. Mistakes are welcomed because they help learners understand the language better. Over time, students develop clearer pronunciation and stronger confidence in communication.
