About Margot

I am patient and enthusiastic and I am convinced that everyone can learn and progress with methods adapted to their type of memory and learning. Therefore, I mostly use games to complement "classical" lessons. I always base my explanation on some type of document from songs to videos and pictures. As a student, I liked being involved in the class and not only writing, so as a tutor, I try to get my students to participate and encourage them in order to enhance their memorization and confidence.

About the lesson

I believe that in order to progress you have to like what you are studying. Staying focused for a long period of time can be hard and hence my lessons are usually 1h to 1h30 long. I tutored when I was in high school. As a native speaker, I mostly teach school and college levels.

Perfect! Margot is an excellent tutor! She goes at your pace and provides many resources to help you. She helps you with many aspects of French and teaches you HOW and WHY grammar rules work, instead of making you learn it off. Overall Margot was an excellent tutor and helped me with my French :)
