About Tanya
Raised between the French and American culture, I have a degree in Cognitive Psychology. I worked as a translator (individuals and big companies) for 5 years and I taught French and English during university. I currently live in Bristol since 2 years.

My approach relies on three concepts :
Flexibility | As a mother, I know the everyday life can be messy and time consuming. This is why I propose classes outside of the 9-5 traditional scheme and during weekends.
Efficiency | I don't have a program that I copy paste on every student, hoping it's going to work. My goal is to provide the level of fluency YOU NEED, as I take in account your pace of progression. With a mix between set-goals and a tailored planning, everything is there to make your aim reachable.
Friendliness | We can be serious and rigorous, doesn't mean there is no room for fun! In fact, people tend to learn faster when they are relaxed rather than anxious to fail. So let me be your enthusiast guide instead of an omniscient teacher!
Level : from beginner to advanced.
First lesson will serve as an introduction to my method : after introducing ourself, I will ask you what goal(s) you are setting for. I will then propose you a few simple exercises to determine your fluency level.
