Hey there! I've been a volunteer English tutor since 2018. In that time, I've helped dozens of people improve their English reading/writing skills in order to earn their GED's. I'm a psychology major nearly finished with my Associate's degree and a lifelong bookworm.

As a teacher, I try to be as supportive and understanding of a student's needs as humanly possible. I combine materials from past English courses and student feedback to find ways we can transform difficulties into success. I approach each topic by giving finding out what the student knows then giving a brief summary of what's being discussed. After that I let the student tell me where they have difficulty and work to clear up any misunderstandings.
