I believe the best tutoring is about more than simply getting the right answer. My approach is to understand how each student learns, identify the areas they find difficult, and then build their confidence step by step.
I aim to make lessons relaxed and engaging, while still keeping them focused and productive. I encourage students to ask questions, make mistakes and work through problems themselves, rather than simply giving them the answers. This helps them develop a genuine understanding of the subject and become more independent learners.
Having recently completed my A-levels, I understand the challenges students face and can explain concepts from a student’s perspective. My goal is for every student to leave a lesson feeling that they understand something they previously found difficult — and more confident about tackling it on their own.
