About Lauren

I am an artist, and I have loved drawing since I learned how to hold a pencil. I have taught art to students from the first grade all the way through the twelfth grade, including students with learning disabilities. I am self-taught and I love spending time creating wonderful pieces of art.

About the lesson

I generally teach demonstratively (i.e. I show how I do my work and explain the process behind it). I create stylized cartoon characters of varying designs with various elements. I am very patient and will always be willing to help a student in need of assistance.
