About Cam
I'm a freelance photographer specialising in portraiture and adventure photography. I work in both digital and analogue formats, and have a BA in Photographic Media.
I've been teaching photography since 2015, to both individuals and workshop groups. I've also supported high school and college students on non-photographic art projects, and in 2016, I co-founded a community darkroom in Blackburn, England, where I ran regular workshops on analogue photography.

Brand new to photography? Solid digital photographer looking to try shooting film? Need help developing a big project? I can help you out!
I offer a broad range of lessons, starting from beginner technical lessons (operating the camera, composing an image, setting exposure) to more advanced lessons on editing, lighting, and printing.
For analogue students, I offer lessons on shooting film (35mm & medium format) and developing your film at home (black & white only.) Terms apply to these lessons, see below.
I also offer lessons in contextual studies and art history, as well as support in developing and executing large photographic projects.

Details
For analogue students: I have cameras for your use, but you must purchase your own film before the lesson, either 35mm or medium format.
For film developing sessions, I charge a flat extra £1 to cover materials, regardless of the length of lesson.
