I have a BSc degree in Biology (2:1) from a Russel Group university. I am also a qualified teacher of secondary level sciences, Edexcel GCSE examiner. Before undertaking my teacher training, I had 8 years private tuition experience as a GCSE and A levels tutor.

As a self-reflecting educator, I take pride in consistently tuning my teaching approach to create individualised learning experiences. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; each learner comes to me with their own suite of needs which informs my lesson planning and teaching methodology. As an examiner, I offer an alternative method to mastering knowledge where the art of exam practice is a crucial element of all my lessons. As a result, my students make remarkable progress within a short space of time - this is quite telling of the passion that stems from approaching learning with curiosity instead of seeing it as a chore.
