About Safia
I'm a bilingual (French and English) public servant, currently working for the Ministry of Francophone Affairs at the Ontario Government. I have a Life Sciences (Biomedical Sciences) degree from Queen's University, and a Master of Public Health from Western University. I completed my practicum at the World Health Organization Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. Although I am no longer in the field of science, I miss the subjects that I learn in school and enjoy tutoring the future generation.

As a visual learner myself, I believe in showing my students the different formulas or diagrams through the use of an iPad. Learning also has to be fun, so that students are engaged throughout the lesson. I've been tutoring for a couple of years now and have taught 5 year olds all the way to university students across the province by Zoom.
