About Karl
Hi! My name is Karl, and I love learning langauges! I have been learning languages since I was very young, and French was my first (and is still my favorite to this day)! I also studied French in college, and have lived in Lyon, France where I worked and studied. Living there really made me master the language, and deepened my appreciation for the beauty and richness of their culture. It changed the way I think and see the world, and I'm sure it will for you too. I would love to help you on your journey to discover more of the French language!

If you are looking to take your French to the next level, then I am here to help! My lessons are for those who have already started learning and would like to grow their vocabulary and their speaking fluency and pronounciation.
My lessons can be tailored to your specific needs and interests. A typical lesson with me might look like:
- Taking apart a news post or article about a current event
- Discussing your favorite sports team and learning how to express your thoughts in French
- Explaining a passage in a book, play, TV show, or other material
- Going over difficult grammar or vocabulary in an assignment from school.
My goal is to help you gain a deeper and more fluid understanding of the French language so you can have easy, natural conversations! Lessons can even be held entirely in French if desired!
