Will is currently my 4th year Maths MSci student in Bristol. He is creme-de-la-creme, will graduate with a high First. Apart from this general support, I should mention, he is a Maths Cafe leader, which is a venue where our best and more senior students tutor the rest of the students.

I am very pleased to recommend William to become part of a team where ever it may be. I am the Manager at The George Inn and I have worked alongside Will for two years. Will is not only a fantastic and strong team player, he has become a friend of mine. Will’s skills, initiative and leadership qualities would make him an invaluable addition to the team.

During Will’s success at The George Inn, he managed to help increase sales across various events hosted while under enormous pressure and maintaining professionalism. Will is great when it comes to using her own initiative. He can see what needs doing, organise himself and others and get on with what it is that needs doing. I cannot emphasise how much of a credit he was to the team here. Unfortunately, we are not a huge business that can offer many opportunities for growth and progression, but Will is poised to step into a role that can offer him more challenge and potentially, provide a pathway for his future career.

Will has many personal qualities which aid in him success within the work place. He was the ‘point person’ at work where many of the staff would go to him to ask questions if they ever needed any help.
