About Rachel
Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a fourth year medical student in Philadelphia. I have always had a passion for learning and teaching others. I was the oldest of 3 sisters and always loved teaching them. My passion for teaching led me to seek out tutoring opportunities starting in high school. I continued to tutor math and science in college. Now in medical school I have participated in numerous tutoring opportunities. I plan on pursuing a career in medical education in addition to clinical practice.

My teaching method is really catered to a particular student, but sessions are always interactive and will always include numerous examples. I also love incorporating the teach back method. I have tutored students from elementary school to medical school,. I graduated with my B.S. in Biochemistry, cell and molecular biology as well as completed enough credits for a math minor.
