About Idris
I am a previous Medical School student from Eritrea and a current fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Toronto studying Human Biology and Sociology. I am interested in clinical research, public health, and helping develop communities through STEM education. In my spare time, I like visiting new places, learning new musical instruments (currently learning drums and piano), and trying different sports.
I have always believed that the best way to make science understandable and fun is to change how it is presented and taught, and this has been something that I have greatly enjoyed doing by teaching middle school, high school, and university students.
I hope to work together to help you learn, do well in your courses, and enjoy learning biology.

Students are guided in increasing and solidifying their knowledge by applying powerful learning and memorizing techniques, encouraging them to break down their problems and questions so they can ask the right questions, and convincing them that all complicated concepts are always built on easier concepts.
