About Shelby
I have had four years of experience teaching ESL in Brazil to teens and adults of all ages. I am currently working on my degree in teaching ESL. Most of my knowledge has come through experience at this point, but I have taken courses in linguistics that will be beneficial.

I like to get my students talking! With me, you will learn how to communicate effectively, in order to be understood. I am very relaxed when it comes to mistakes. I do not correct every mistake. I like for my students to remember that effective communication is the most important thing, instead of speaking every word perfectly.
