About Sarah
I have always been passionate about teaching and helping people, and I feel the best way to help people is to educate them. I feel patience, compassion and organisation are traits that are key in this career choice and I possess and practise these traits constantly. I have a lot of experience in tutoring individuals of all ages, within the classroom and privately. I strive for my students to gain conceptual knowledge, no matter how long it takes, and I always say perseverance is very important when learning, at any age. I am very encouraging and never get tired of my students finally getting a new concept or doing well on a test. My aim is to make a comfortable learning environment where learners are excited to join in on my lessons and see it as a safe space where they can ask questions and we can grow together.

Through the use of many teaching strategies and approaches, I form creative lessons that will hook my learner and develop lasting methodologies. I pay close attention to the learning techniques of all my students and create specified lessons for diverse learners. I feel building a relationship with each learner is the key to creating a good learning environment, where the individual is confident to ask questions and make mistakes, in order to gain knowledge of concepts.
