About Nicola
I have an extremely bubbly personality with a great amount of patients, especially towards children. I try to stay positive at all times, I will portray my positivity with a bright and welcoming smile. I have excellent communication skills. I can be professional when it is expected from me and I can be fun loving and caring when working with children.
I definitely see myself as a leader. I strive to be a leader. It is important to love your job so much that your peers look up to you. You cannot be a leader without followers. Leading is not so much about giving orders and managing as it is about being the exact example of what the company stands for. It is important to lead by example, being a leader you need to understand the simple but very true fact – actions speak louder than words.

I am a young ambitious woman who loves children. I am determined to reach all my goals that I set as I go through my life. My years of experience with children assured me to be very good with children, their behavior, and different personalities. The biggest aspect that intrigues me when it comes to children is the wide variety of personalities. Children have no extreme aspects that influence them to live a materialistic life. This is what I adore. They live without any fear of what the world will think of them , that is why we get so many different personalities among them. They do not try to fit into the box, we can all learn them. I try my best to remain calm and positive, because your attitude determines the attitude of the children. I am always willing to put in effort if it will benefit my students, hard work is never a problem for me.
