As a tutor, I focus on creating a welcoming, low-pressure environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and grow. My teaching method blends clear instruction with active conversation practice, so students not only learn grammar and vocabulary—they actually use it in real time. I adapt each lesson to the student's goals, whether that’s improving academic writing, building fluency for travel, or gaining confidence in everyday conversation.
A typical lesson might start with a short warm-up chat, followed by focused work on a particular topic like sentence structure, pronunciation, or reading comprehension. We’ll often wrap up with a role-play or real-world application to reinforce what we’ve learned. I believe language learning should feel relevant and empowering, not like a memorization contest.
