I will design lessons based on individual needs and outcomes.
A typical lesson plan will utilize the gradual release model in which I first demonstrate a skill, then we work on it together, and the learner can complete the task independently.
I place a lot of importance on the individual interests and needs of my learners, as learning is deepest and most effective in this way.
