In my previous career I gained considerable experience working with students on a one-on-one basis in various capacities. In addition to tutoring general education students and assisting them with course-specific issues, I also provided long-term educational and career mentoring to liberal arts and social science majors. My approach to teaching is rigorous but compassionate.
