About Nick
Hello,
My name is Nicholas Rice. I am a Spanish major entering my Junior year at Arizona State University online. This Summer, I had the opportunity to participate in the Hispanic Studies program at Universidad de Antonio de Nebrija, a private university in the heart of Madrid, Spain. I improved my Spanish speaking, interpreting, and grammar skills and expanded my knowledge of Spanish culture.
I have ten years of experience in dance education with all ages and abilities. As I am nearing the end of my degree, I would love to apply my passion for instruction to my current studies by helping students improve their knowledge and understanding of the Spanish language/culture. There is no better feeling than helping my students express their goals and identify the steps needed to achieve them. I firmly believe that studying culture through language enables us to learn more about the diverse world around us and who we are as humans.
