I am a journalist turned teacher who loves helping students find what works for them. In my classroom, I use Modern Classroom techniques that let students work at their own pace so I can help those who need it rather than focus on the mode of my students.

My entire life is writing. From interning at The “TODAY” Show when I was 18, creating content for ESPN in college, and 5 years producing local new, to now teaching students to read and write using ALM strategies, I can help anyone grow. I teach middle school but use strategies taught K-12 in my classroom.
