About Cindy
I love to teach in such a way that students want to go along with me on that learning journey. There is not a student that I cannot teach. I want to inspire the love of learning in each and every student and let them know that they may not be able to do the work "yet" and to not give up because we all learn in different ways in our own time!

I feel that you must look at the whole child in order to understand their learning needs. I like to look at what knowledge the student already has and build upon those strengths in order to assist them in their weaker areas. I love to build the students up and help them grasp the information while building confidence.
I am a former special education teacher with experience in the areas of ADHD, Emotionally Disturbed and learning disabled, anxiety and depression.
I have a Master's Degree in Teacher Leadership (mentoring others in creating a better learning environment in which everyone can grow and learn)
